Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Deposit

1.1 A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking.

1.2 The booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

2. Payment

2.1 The remaining balance must be paid in full one month before the date of the event.

2.2 Payment can be made via [payment methods].

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will result in the loss of the deposit only.

3.2 Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in a charge of 25% of the total fee.

4. Late Payments

4.1 If the balance is not paid in full one month before the event, the booking may be cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

5. Changes to Bookings

5.1 Any changes to the booking must be communicated and agreed upon at least two weeks before the event.

5.2 Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Travel and Accommodation

6.1 Travel expenses will be charged for locations beyond 8 miles from Harrogate

6.2 For early morning starts or late finishes, accommodation costs may be required.

7. Client Responsibilities

7.1 The client must ensure that the venue is suitable for makeup application, with adequate lighting and seating.

7.2 The client must inform the makeup artist of any allergies or skin conditions prior to the application.

8. Liability

8.1 The makeup artist will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions or skin irritations.

8.2 The makeup artist is not liable for any injuries sustained while on the client’s premises.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 The makeup artist is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, or natural disasters.

10. Photographs

10.1 The client agrees that photographs taken during the session may be used for promotional purposes by the makeup artist, unless otherwise stated.

11. Confidentiality

11.1 All personal information provided by the client will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
